Kari is the best service advisor I’ve ever had the the pleasure of working with. Not only does she do her job well, but she’s so friendly and courteous. Really going steps beyond to keep me updated about my car, replying back to me in a timely manner, and she’s really made Kia feel like home. I don’t just feel like a “customer”. Kari has made me feel important. When my car was in for a week, she was very apologetic even when it wasn’t her fault. She was very insistent about getting me in a rental and making sure that I wasn’t stranded without a car. She’s taken such great care of me. So far with the car trouble, I haven’t been a huge fan of Kia’s cars. But with her at the helm, I would definitely consider staying in the Kia family for buying another car! Appreciate all that she and the other advisors do! More
