Looking Forward to Another 300,000+ Miles I stopped at Lexus of Akron on my way home from a business meeting in southern Ohio. I had bought my previous 2005 LS 430, which I still owned, new f I stopped at Lexus of Akron on my way home from a business meeting in southern Ohio. I had bought my previous 2005 LS 430, which I still owned, new from the same dealership 315,000 miles ago. My cold call stop at Akron led me to meet Kari Scherer. When I told Kari I was interested in a late model LS 460 as an upgrade to my 2005, she immediately told me they had a clean 2016 model in inventory. She then proceeded to pull up the specification sheet on that car so that I could see its options. After a test drive in the dark and in a heavy rain, I told her that I was interested in the car and wanted to return during the day with my wife. She readily told me when she was working and her existing appointments so that I could schedule my return visit. Our return visit was punctual and informative. Kari was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car was ready for our second test drive upon our arrival and within an hour we had purchased our new late-model LS 460. The entire process was pleasant, efficient and enjoyable. We look forward to continued business with Lexus of Akron. More
