It was a no pressure atmosphere and she took the time to explain all of the details of the RX350. She is truly a professional, someone who we would purchase another Lexus from. Shab, Sales Manager, conduct himself in a very professional manner as well. He would “pop” in from time to time inquiring if there were any questions that he may answer for us. Again, a no pressure atmosphere. All in all, it was a great experience and the presentation of the vehicle was beyond spectacular. Hats off to the entire team at Lexus of Akron-Canton. More

N We had a great experience buying our 2020 300H with Kari. She was wonderful: She was pleasant & very straightforward. Our deal was very transparent. No surprises! And when we picked the car up, Kari made it very special. Finally, Nick did a great job explaining all the features- no small feat! From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. And we LOVE our 300H. (We replaced our 2014 300H....& the new features are amazing!) More
