Karine holds a Degree in Finance from Rhode Island College and she is Master Certified with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals. Karine is originally from The Cape Verde Islands and has been residing in Rhode Island for 22 Years. When she is not working, Karine enjoys spending time with her family and in her garden, teaching her young daughter about the beauty of growing organic foods and tending to her Rose garden. Joe called me several times during the ordering/buying process and communicated our progress. His post sales interaction was consistent with my pre-purchase experience. I did have a much less favorable experience with the service department when I brought the car back (after 120 miles) because I smelled antifreeze when the heat was on and felt moisture on the drivers floor carpet. I was told that the shop foreman smelled nothing. I asked if there was any air analysis with air sensing instrumentation, to which the answer was NO. I asked if moisture probes were used to detect any moisture in the carpet, again, the answer was NO. I was assured that the technician and foreman touched the carpet and smelled the air blowing from the duct with no result. A pressure test was performed to which no leak was detected. I was told it’s probably just the residual oil from the exhaust. I know what ethylene glycol smells like and I know what burning “oil” from the exhaust smells like. I hate being patronized and I never expected to receive such treatment by 1.) a Lexus dealer and 2.) by a Penske auto dealership. More

I just purchased 2022 RX350 a couple weeks ago. I felt more welcome and more genuine sincere compared to 3 years ago in 2021 when I came looking to buy my 2021 RX 350 Lexus, and due to unfriendly I felt more welcome and more genuine sincere compared to 3 years ago in 2021 when I came looking to buy my 2021 RX 350 Lexus, and due to unfriendly and less sincere and I felt unwelcome there, I end up bought my car in Sharon, MA instead. Now I think everyone there were helpful and nice, especially Joe, showed me and explained to me what important that I need to know about that car and Karine also was very friendly. Here is my two cents: All customers are looking for friendly, sincere, genuine and most important is honesty and transparency about the prices because I am sure everyone do their homework before they walk in to look for the car they like. If the sales are honest with them they will know. Of course you will get your fare share, and you know it and customers know it too. I am glad that I gave Lexus InSKIP another try, and I am happy with what I got for my 2022 Lexus RX 350 from there. They really changed about customer service more friendly and easy to talk too and you don’t feel look down on you any more. I am recommend to everyone to it a try again. More

I had a great experience with the team, at Lexus of Warwick, since the beginning of my search for an NX350. Everyone who assisted me with the online request for making an appointment to see and drive the car to the final purchase was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Morgan was the person who nicely set an appointment for me via phone to go and see the car. Eric, the Sales Agent, and Ben, the Sales Manager, were very apprehensive about what I was looking for and I felt very comfortable purchasing my now-owned car because of them. Eric and Benjamin's communication skills and professionalism in giving thorough information and disclosure, made me decide very quickly to purchase the car. Karine and Devine, in the Financial Department, completed work very professionally and with a great attitude. The receptionist(s) were communicating well and were empathetic. In short, I have to say I had an incredible experience and am very happy to buy my NX350 from Lexus of Warwick :) Great teamwork! Thanks for such great customer service. More

I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the fi and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More
