Unexpected pleasure I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for the 2016 Lincoln MKX that I purchased from Crown Jaguar 2 yeas ago. I Stopped in Saturday June 13, t I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for the 2016 Lincoln MKX that I purchased from Crown Jaguar 2 yeas ago. I Stopped in Saturday June 13, to look at the interior color of a 2017 F Pace that I had seen on line. I asked for Karl Peterson , who I have purchased multiple cars from in the past. Karl was with a customer so rather than make us wait he asked Kat Syakov to assist us. We did not care for the interior on the Jaguar. There were no used Jaguars with the interior that we wanted. . Kat showed us the Land Rover Discovery Sport that fit the bill for us. The unexpected pleasure was that we ended up with a new car rather than used. Kat was terrific and Karl was there overseeing our experience. Morgan Richards, in finance, was also terrific. Very thorough and professional. More

KARL PETERSON WILL LIE TO YOU! Be warned and BEWARE KARL PETERSON IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Went and looked at a certain car. Got a quote from them on price. I told them I wanted to think about it ove KARL PETERSON IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Went and looked at a certain car. Got a quote from them on price. I told them I wanted to think about it overnight. Went home... no problem. I went back 6 days later and the car was gone. I called the dealership and inquired about the vehicle with a different salesperson as the one I was dealing with was not there. That salesperson told me " The car was just taken in on trade last week, it is being detailed and should be available to see in the afternoon". This would have worked if was not for the fact that the car was listed on various sites for 23+ days. I called the next day and was told: "It is not back yet from their detail shop which is not on site but would be back later in the day and the salesperson would call me back when it is on the lot". Well, this happened the following day. So 3 days after I was told the car was just traded, being cleaned and would be available it finally showed up the 3 rd day. GREAT! I went to the dealership and spoke with the salesperson I had been communicating via the phone and engaged in the act of requesting pricing as if I had not been there. He told me " The car had the front bumper removed and repainted". It was a total lie as was everything else. I had fully looked the car over multiple time prior to engaging in the first quote. They brought me a quote with a different persons name on it. Their name was crossed out and my name was written by hand in their place. It reflected a trade-in but I was buying it outright with no trade. They told me the price they gave me was the best price they could do and it was barely profitable to them at that price. Here is the rub, I had a written quote from the first time I went and it was cheaper than their " Best price" I was given. The entire transaction was slimy. It felt dirty. I was lied to multiple times by the salesperson. (KARL PETERSON) I found it very upsetting because I felt for sure I would be dealing with reputable people at this dealership... I believe I got a great deal, but I feel is because they were cough in blatant lies. I believe the car was sent to one of the other dealerships and it took time to get back on their lot. If they were honest I would have dealt with that but here it is. This dealer representative ( KARL PETERSON) IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! More
