Greg Burkart completely made my service experience. His attention to detail and effort to get my vehicle on track was unmatched. Karl Peterson is an excellent sales consultant. Prior to my visit he responded quickly and accurately to my questions, sent clear pictures, and helped ensure the car would still be there when we could make my visit he responded quickly and accurately to my questions, sent clear pictures, and helped ensure the car would still be there when we could make the trip 7 hours later. When we arrived Karl had the car clean and prepared, walked me through all the features and talked about the history of the car (bought and serviced at this dealership). He made my wife and me comfortable with the dealership and told us to enjoy the test drive. After the test drive Karl took us through the rest of the buying process quickly, took notes of the small items that needed addressed, and got us out the door in time for our dinner reservations. During the 2 days before we could make it back to pick up the car Karl kept me up to date on progress of the paint, wheel, and leather touch-ups with lots of pictures. Karl also put the car into the showroom and sent some glamour shots, those really kept me excited to pick-up the car! When we arrived to pick-up the car, Karl had it fueled and ready - still in the showroom, which is a great way to take delivery. I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep and Talas was very pleasant, easy going and ultimately got me the deal that I felt comfortable with. Within a week of the sale, I noticed something unusual while driving the Jeep, that led me to believe that there might be an issue with the transmission. It felt like it was slipping in and out of gear. Ultimately, Karl Peterson, my salesman, figured out the problem by searching online. It turned out not to be trans after all, but a replacement of the shocks and coil turned out to be the fix it needed. The service department took care of this quickly. The Jeep now runs smoothly. I really appreciated both Talas and Karl helping me out by having this service done on their tab even thought it wasn't a part of the power train warranty. Thanks again.
