Karla has been beyond amazing & gone above & beyond to try to help me with issues! She deserves a raise! With that being said, I have had serveal issues. Before even pulling off the lot I had issues with my key fob! I couldn't even start the car because the one that came with it was messed up. The battery was changed multiple times & I still had issues! I got stranded at the grocery because the car wouldn't start becauseof the fob. After a lot of back & forth, they eventually agreed to replace it. I had to go to Mazda 2x to get a new one. I also had hundreds of little chips/scratches all over my windshield! This was most visible when the sun was directly shining down on my car. It made visibility very difficult & almost looked like glitter sparkling all over. Again, after a lot of back & forth, they eventually agreed to replace the windshield. I came on the scheduled date & time & waited 2 hrs to be told there was no appointment made & I would have to come back again tomorrow. This has really inconvenienced my life & work having to waste so much time & so many days on everything. Its been very time consuming & stressful! I asked many questions about the replacement glass & it being refurbished & the brand & if it would be recalibrated to matchmy car. I was told it was the right brand, brand new, & would be recalibrated. I go to pick the car up after it was replaced & on the drive home i immidiantly noticed some of my car signals/noise sensors to pull into other lanes weren't working, which means it was not recalibrated correctly, if at all. I also, immidiantly noticed that this windshield did not look brand new like i was told. There were other scratches on inside & outside as well as small chips. It was not as bad as before, but definitely did not look like a brand new windshield! I immidiantly called to complain about the windshield & to ask questions, but manager Keith was not available. This whole situation has been so stressful that it is physically making me sick & anxious. I just want the brand new windshield i was told i was getting & the recalibration i was told they were doing! This whole process has been very exhausting! Praying they will make it right because I just want it to be fixed & over with, so i can stop dealing with it all! If things get straightened out & they provide me with a new windshield like I was told & recalibration fixed, I will change review. as of now, I am very unhappy with current outcome of windshield! I hope they do the right thing & make it right, so i can have some peace & hopefully a long lasting, dependable car! More

Some red flags and some deceptions. Definitely would not recommend or return. The word xxxxxxx comes to mind.
