Karrie made this the most pleasant, less stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had! For someone who has only been in the industry for six months, she is outstanding in her presentation of the vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had! If the industry had more sales reps like Karrie Powell, they would sell many more vehicles! It was the absolutely the best experience we have ever at a Dealership. I mistakenly called their Paramount Kia S they would sell many more vehicles! It was the absolutely the best experience we have ever at a Dealership. I mistakenly called their Paramount Kia Store across the street, but still asked them the same question. Do you have a woman sales representative and who would you recommend? The person immediately said Karrie Powell because she knew her line of Hyundais and was very honest and open about the deal. WOW, what a wonderful, pleasant experience! Karrie is such an easy going, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE sales person, not pushy or controlling, always asking the right questions and LISTENS to the prospect. Honestly, if we trade again, we will purchase from her wherever she is selling if it is unfortunate that she leaves Paramount. We love our 2022 Tucson SEL, but loved the experience with Karrie even more. We are 68 years old and have had our fair share of pushy, overbearing, controlling sales reps, but Karrie was literally a breath of fresh air. I should know, I was an Internet Manager/Sales Rep for a twin Dealership myself. She is going to do great! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle at least go meet this wonderful person. God did extra good when he made this one! You either have people skills or you do not and this lady definitely has them! Too bad we cannot give 10 stars! Great job Karrie and Allen in Finance! More

Karrie was so wonderful! Strolling through the lot with her was like taking a walk with your best friend. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. I strongly recommend making car purchases elsewhere. Set up a appointment to see a car get called a day later and they tell me someone else is trying to see it the day before me. Tell me if I wanna make sur up a appointment to see a car get called a day later and they tell me someone else is trying to see it the day before me. Tell me if I wanna make sure the car is still there I have to put a non refundable 500$ down on the vehicle this is before I ever see the car much less get to test drive it. Against my better judgment I put the money down with the sales associates word if anything messed up on the car in the first month I purchased it they would take care of it. I end up buying the car and the window has an issue, I have to take it to them 3 times for them to determine its the window motor and then for them to replace it. Then the gas gauge doesn't read properly and they tell me they have looked at it and that it doesn't throw any code so they can't fix it. I've sent videos of it not reading correctly after filling up on gas and they still refuse go admit it has a problem and fix it. They tell me to just take it to a different mechanic if I want any more work done on it. Dishonest sales associate and poor mechanics can't determine the issue. More
