He took his time to explain what was done to my vehicle and how to improve care of the mechanicals of the machine. Both individuals mentioned are exceptional individuals in caring for a customer. The parts department personnel also deserve to be noted for their competence and helpfulness when buying parts. I wish to also state in closing; the rest of the upgraded service department is why my Honda will return for service. More
