Kasandra was very helpful in resolving two issues that occurred after I had an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I had to return to the Service Department twice for notifications that "Maint occurred after I had an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I had to return to the Service Department twice for notifications that "Maintenance Due Soon" and "Tire Pressure Low" were not reset. This is the first time I had an issue with my dealership. Last month I paid for a sensor that I was told I needed and that it was installed. I have never had issues in the past, but this was a little alarming. More
