I had an appointment to get my front brakes done on 9/9/26. They started to make a little noise, so on 9/2/26 I dropped it off and decided to leave it on their lot, and get a rental for a few days. K 9/9/26. They started to make a little noise, so on 9/2/26 I dropped it off and decided to leave it on their lot, and get a rental for a few days. Kasandra was able to get me in that day. I had my car back by the end of the day. Please note, I was at work, left to drop off my car, got my rental, and went back to work. I picked up my car, returned my rental, and now have my car back. I’ve bought 4 Hondas at Matt burne Honda. My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. They don’t answer phones return messages or update through text. The car had 20k miles on it and they would not provide a loaner. After hours of trying to get a loaner I finally went to the sales department to see if I could get one. Luckily the sales department provided me a loaner. It was at least 4 hours trying to get one. I’m trading the car in for something other than a Honda. Very unfortunate especially after the other 3 successful CRVs. I’ve already ordered a competitors car arriving first week of sept I will not buy another Honda. More
