My appointment was put in that I Original appointment was June 26 and when I made the appointment, I stated I was waiting for my car to be finished. My appointment was put in that I was leaving the car all day. Eric told me they were backed up and I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours for them to start my car. So I had to reschedule and wait almost 2 weeks until July 10th. Also, I had to wait longer than expected due to the fact that my appointment was put in only as an oil change when I called to make the original appointment, I stated codes A 1 2 & 4 were showing up.
