Brought my car in for a necessary recall. The recall notice doesn't say anything about having a certain amount of gas in the tank and neither did the person who took the appointment with my h The recall notice doesn't say anything about having a certain amount of gas in the tank and neither did the person who took the appointment with my husband called to make it. I drove all the way to Scranton only to find out I had too much gas in my car and they could not do it that day. I made the appointment a couple weeks in advance and had planned my day around this appointment. The person at the counter was able to get me in quickly to have this recall taken care of which is why I gave her a 5. Once I actually got my car into be fixed, it was done quickly and I was pleased with the service. If there are stipulations to fixing a recall on a car I recommend you tell the person making the appointment all the things that are necessary in order to make sure the car can be done. More
