So i Bought a 2017 Cacillac XT5 about 4 months ago took on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that the engine was going to go out espically at only total of 89000 mile and am still having issues after the replacement had to change out he fuel pump and its still in the shop trying to work out all the issues. I will never purchase an other vehicle from HGreg in orlando after i have read some more of the reviews on this company they are a bunch of laires and cheats they fall into to the total car sales image that everyone doesnt want to come accrossed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER LAIERS AND CHEATS. JUST TO MAKE THE MONEY OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!!!!! More

Wish it was possible to give HGreg a no star. I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times and was pushed off to another line to leave messages. A call was never returned. I finally was able to talk with a salesperson at the Orlando store. I was told I could pay $150.00 and have the car transferred and then make the deal. I was told he would call me back. No return call again I called the next day talked to the Doral dealership and was told they transferred the car to Orlando I was overjoyed. I then call the Orlando dealership ready to come finalize the paperwork. I was told bluntly first come first serve you are out of state and we sold the car! I was shocked to say the least. I inquired about being first, had my financing and was ready to purchase a plane ticket to come pick up my car! I tried for 2 weeks to purchase this car. I only needed to schedule a time to sign the paper and drive my new car off the lot I never received any return phone calls after numerous messages left. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the car I was in the process of purchasing was sold to someone else! More

On 12/12/23 I bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 13,000 miles on it. I had a contract I agreed on and signed. The business manager took my original contract changed the numbers on it and had me sign it aga miles on it. I had a contract I agreed on and signed. I was charged for 2 warranties that I had absolutely no idea about plus an additional $1,000 on who knows what. The business manager took my original contract plus he took everything else I signed. Shortly after I noticed I was overcharged we started realizing things were wrong with the vehicle. First of all everything in the hood was loose, missing caps, clamps broken, bolts missing. The engine was missing 10 bolts. It didn't matter what you touched in the hood everything was loose. The battery could have fallen out at any time, wires were just hanging loose, the electrical box cap was just hanging. It has frame damage and structure damage and has an airbag malfunction. I was completely unaware of this. I went to sell my car and was told I cannot because Hgreg never sent in the correct paperwork to the DMV for the title. Hgreg has voided my registration completely while they were "trying to get my title." So legally I cannot drive my vehicle that I paid 41k. Hgreg never turned the title over to the dmv because they said they lost it. I don't think Hgreg ever had the title before they sold the vehicle to me. So now I am stuck paying on a loan for a vehicle that has no title. More

My salesperson Pedro was incredibly helpful and relatable throughout the entire buying process. I ended up coming in two times to look at the car after an incident occurred at the dealership the first time t throughout the entire buying process. He was understanding of my many, many questions and took the time to make sure all of them were answered by either him or his manager. There was an issue thatI needed an issue fixed on the vehicle before I purchased and they got it corrected right away.
