He even went out of his way to procure us some bottled water, that day the dealership seemed to have issues with it so he stepped in. We had a long and tiring day, as we drove almost 3 hours to get there and 3 hrs back, but in the end we got the car we hoped for, financing was exactly what we wanted, the car was prepped and we left with it at the end of the day. Everybody was helpful and nice, place was clean and smelling good, inventory extremely large and well adjusted quality/price, I can only hope they will solve soon the issue with the drinking water :) Thanks Eddie and Kashif, you are fondly remembered every time we climb in the car we already love. More

He responded to my million and one questions and ensured that my needs were addressed. Kashif the finance manager was direct and to the point and clearly explained my finance options. Tommy Hung the manager, and Carlos the delivery specialist addressed a number of my post purchase questions and concerns and ensured that I left a satisfied customer. Ultimately, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Murano with low miles at an excelllent price. I would definitely recommend H Greg Orlando. Go check them out, and when you do- ask for Dairo. You won't regret it! More

Too Much Pressure, Not EnoughTransparency 2016 Dodge RAM. Major damage to unprotected (no liner) truck bed - multiple paint chips, abrasions, dents, scratches, large portion of bed now exposed 2016 Dodge RAM. Major damage to unprotected (no liner) truck bed - multiple paint chips, abrasions, dents, scratches, large portion of bed now exposed to bare metal, some rust showing. This condition not reported to out-of-state buyer until after purchase order agreement reached (purchase price fixed). No pictures of bed online - rest of truck exterior looks really good. Bed will require a complete resurfacing. Dealer was not open to discounting to cover cost. Only option given was to bring it back to dealer (500 mile trip) and spend the night while a contractor performed some unspecified repair work. I was only asking for a $300-400 discount to address the issue. This is mass marketing, big-box car funneling enterprise. I have never dealt with this type of sales organization prior to this experience. I am left with a feeling that HGREG does not care about the customer - they only care about moving the product...VERY QUICKLY. It is a vehicle reselling pipeline, nothing more. More
