This was by far the best experience we've had when buying a new vehicle. VERY courteous staff, well informed and very honest! We couldn't be happier with our 2022 Z71 Suburban. Jack was awesome, he made the purchase of 2 cars an easy and stress free experience. He never pressured us to purchase a specific vehicle and he was willing to help us find the perfect vehicle for us and ou and stress free experience. Left dealership in the evening with a deal agreed upon with our very kind salesman. Came back in the morning to finish the deal with the finance manager and the monthly payment was 50 dollars higher. The finance manager was deceptive and the reasoning behind our increased payment was unclear and not defined by GM financial anywhere. I also found a minor surface chip in front windshield as we drove home. I called service as soon as I got home and was told I would get a call back. They never returned my call. I will not recommend anyone to Mohawk in the future. More
