Was told I needed $800 work on my 2020 Rav 4 with only 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed. She was pleasant but feel I was lead to believe that 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed.
