Excellent and attentive interaction with Katherine. The time for an oil change was too long and the payment process required me to return to the service reception area which was crowded. There wa The time for an oil change was too long and the payment process required me to return to the service reception area which was crowded. There was no card reader working which meant that the credit card info had to be manually entered into the computer and then the receipt had to be printed. Antiquated and not acceptable for a premium brand. More

This visit was general service as well as replacing the passenger door lower seal strip that has been a continous issue. We were told it was fixed last year but within a month it came unattached. I had an amazing experience with the team today. Naomi from the sales department went above and beyond—she noticed my 2-year-old daughter wasn’t in the best mood and surprised her with a Range Rover Naomi from the sales department went above and beyond—she noticed my 2-year-old daughter wasn’t in the best mood and surprised her with a Range Rover teddy bear. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. Katherine in service was also incredible. She made my walk-in appointment smooth, quick, and completely stress-free.
