We recently had our Jaguar serviced in Sarasota and give Kathrine in the service department 10 stars! She arranged to have our car picked up, and then returned to us when it was done. We also received videos from the mechanic explaning what was wrong, which was helpful to understand exactly what the problem was. We highly recommend them. More

First service appt, when I complained that the brakes were pulling right they said an alignment would fix problem. It did not. I also do not receive the alignment print out report.
