We recently had our Jaguar serviced in Sarasota and give Kathrine in the service department 10 stars! She arranged to have our car picked up, and then returned to us when it was done. She provided excellent Kathrine in the service department 10 stars! She arranged to have our car picked up, and then returned to us when it was done. She provided excellent communication between us and the mechanics as to the status of the repairs. We also received videos from the mechanic explaning what was wrong, which was helpful to understand exactly what the problem was. We highly recommend them. More

First service appt, when I complained that the brakes were pulling right they said an alignment would fix problem. It did not. I also do not receive the alignment print out report. Second service appt. were pulling right they said an alignment would fix problem. It did not. I also do not receive the alignment print out report. Second service appt., Fixed seat heater malfunction by connection disconnected module. No after service follow up as to why It was disconnected. Left voice mail for Katherine to call me, she never did. I would not ever go back to this dealership. More
