Let me start by saying I am one of those people who HATE going into a showroom and dealing with the entire experience. I usually feel as though I am entering a ring and preparing for battle! That is until I going into a showroom and dealing with the entire experience. I usually feel as though I am entering a ring and preparing for battle! That is until I came to Helms Bros. From the moment you arrive you're greeted with a smile from the receptionist who is ready to put you in touch with a sales representative that can meet your needs. In my case, that was Kathleen Baade and John Kunz. Kathleen handled the sale and John made the numbers work. Both were extremely pleasant, understood my price range and never tried to exceed it. This is the first Mercedes I have purchased from them, however my mother-inlaw is a repeat client. That helped my decision to visit the showroom, but the only reason I gave them my business is because they earned/deserved it. This isn't the only Mercedes showroom I had visited. My purchasing from them speaks volumes! I highly recommend Helm Bros. I will add to this after I experience the service dept, which I hope won't be for a sometime. More
