Brandy and Daniel were great in the service department. My only complaint is that the service wait times are a little lengthy. I have waited 2 plus hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. That was My only complaint is that the service wait times are a little lengthy. I have waited 2 plus hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. That was with a scheduled appointment time. This most recent time was an oil change, rotate, and balance. I understand the balance takes a little longer. My appointment was at 11:40 and I did not leave the dealership until 3:15. I do want quality work that is not rushed, but over 3 hours is a bit too long. More

My service advisor Angela is awesome. Very helpful and explains everything in great detail and is a pleasure to work with. The only issue I have is my truck is still not fixed.. I was Very helpful and explains everything in great detail and is a pleasure to work with. The only issue I have is my truck is still not fixed.. I was informed it was Bad gas. But I use shell or exon. Was told it is because I have to use 91 octane or higher. But yet the owner’s manual says 87 is fine. I just want my truck fixed! . More
