Kathryn was AWESOME! !! Even before my visit I called and she was very informative. The moment I walked in to the Service department I was greeted with her smile! Ka !! She was professional, friendly and thorough. She kept me informed at all times and always had a pleasant demeanor. I have appreciated the overall, prompt, friendly, and seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to b seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to be given information I already had before going into the dealership, was too high. Also, I compared the parts estimate given to me to other Subaru dealerships’ MSRP for same part. Randy Marion’s part quote is at least $600 higher than others. I am disappointed. More
