Everything Runs Smoothly and There's NO Pressure Involved I've been a 3 year customer of Jim Butler Kia and I've never had one issue with their customer service! Jim Douglas was my sales representative and no I've been a 3 year customer of Jim Butler Kia and I've never had one issue with their customer service! Jim Douglas was my sales representative and now someone whom I can easily call friend. He went absolutely above and beyond to get in the car that I needed and wanted. He went to great lengths to see to it that I left the lot happy, confident, and loving my new leased vehicle, a 2017 Kia Sportage! The team at Jim Butler Kia is by far the BEST TEAM and I mean it when I say team. When you walk into this dealership, you walk into a community of diversified, friendly, that supportive collaborative envirnoment. Jim Douglas took care of me and if you're unsure of who to go to when you take a gander at this dealership, be sure to ask for Jim Douglas! He will take care of you! Dealership is is a scam I bought a car from there the finance man and the workers are crooks Ted Reed, Kyle Robison, Kathy Do and everyone in the finance department lie to yo I bought a car from there the finance man and the workers are crooks Ted Reed, Kyle Robison, Kathy Do and everyone in the finance department lie to you about everything. They work with a crooked finance company named Sierra Auto Financing please beware of that company and this dealership the finance company won't except your employment info no one at the Sierra Auto Financing company really speaks English well and when you ask for a supervisor they try and change there voice to be someone else. The Finance manager lied and forged my finance papers and put on the paper that I agreed to put money down and we never talked about putting any money down and he didn't send over the check stubs or banking documents that I supplied to them to make it seem like I was lying. Kathy Do is a sneaky lier so beware of her as well and please don't work with Kyle robison because he's a rat and a crook like Kathy Do, Ted Reed, Chris Brinley, Maria at Sierra Auto Financing not to mention that at Sierra Auto Financing when you call everyone you talk to literally tell you that their name is Maria so out of a so called 12 people living there all 12 people seem to be named Maria yes just a crazy crooked Finance company. Kathy Do calls you 100 times a day everyday while your at work and harrass you at your work place for no good reason people stay away from the Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield, Mo if you go there they will take advantage of you lie cheat and steal from you and they do it by working with the crooked finance department BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! More
