They gave me a bottom line out the door price that couldn't be beaten. I was very pleased that I didn't have to drive 200 miles to get a proper deal. Horrible salesman and service I went to Ferman jeep today to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and had horrible service with a very nasty and rude salesman with the most horr I went to Ferman jeep today to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and had horrible service with a very nasty and rude salesman with the most horrible attitude by the name of Kathy. First off we called to make sure they had the jeep we wanted and they stated that they did and would have it parked up front and ready for us and set an appt time for 2:00 which we had to drive two hours to get there. Upon our arrival there was no jeep waiting and then Kathy tells us they sold that particular jeep the previous day. She then leads us to believe they have another similar one and comes back to say it was sold as well. She says again they can locate us another one and with attitude wants to know why I need it so quickly and I tell her I don't need it that I want it. I'm there ready to make a purchase and she gives me the run around and taks to me like I'm a child with very hateful attitude. She never did locate a jeep and only wanted to sell me one that was way more than what I wanted. If she would have been a good salesman she could have sold a jeep today. More
