Called in January 2026 because I got a recall notice. An appointment was made without checking that the recall had already been done November 10th. I drove 1/2 hour to the dealership to find out that I d An appointment was made without checking that the recall had already been done November 10th. I drove 1/2 hour to the dealership to find out that I did not need the appointment. I was there for 1/2 hour before I was informed of this. They then changed my windshield washers at my request and then washed the car - the total time spent at the dealership was 1 1/4 hours! I have better things to do with my gas and time. More

If you enjoy being gaslit by Pinocchio Kathy Register and her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extende her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative. The manager or who ever she is confidently misinformed me (nice try), then doubled down when challenged. Either they don't know what the warranty covers, or they're hoping I don't. Pro tip: read your contract and come armed with the truth. You'll need it! More
