I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience with your service department. My wife recently brought her Lexus to your dealership because she was having trouble starting the car. Af experience with your service department. My wife recently brought her Lexus to your dealership because she was having trouble starting the car. After waiting about an hour, the car was finally taken in, and she was told that the battery needed to be replaced. She agreed to have it replaced and was told the cost would be $353.24. While that seemed quite high for a battery replacement, she agreed to the service. Unfortunately, she then waited more than two additional hours without receiving any meaningful update. When she became concerned and started asking what was happening with the car, it was finally brought back to her. This is not the first time we have experienced this type of service at your dealership. In fact, I believe I mentioned a similar concern in my feedback last year, but unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement. I am sharing this because I actually like Lexus vehicles and have been a customer, and I was seriously considering purchasing a new Lexus in 2025. However, the level of service I experienced was one of the reasons I ultimately decided not to purchase another Lexus and instead purchased a Tesla. My Tesla experience was completely different. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I arrived and the car was already prepared with my name on it. The entire process took less than an hour. There was very little waiting or unnecessary interaction, and everything was ready when I arrived. Yesterday, my wife was also looking at some vehicles at your dealership that she liked. She mentioned her previous service experience and her concerns to me. I told her, "Let me write to them and give them another chance," especially since your dealership is much more convenient for us than the other Lexus dealership in Stuart. I also want to share another experience I personally had with your service department. I brought my Lexus in because I was feeling a pulsing sensation when pressing the brake pedal. I was told by the service manager that the issue was not covered under warranty. I questioned this because I had previously been told that my tires needed to be replaced, which I did, and I wanted to understand why this particular issue would not be covered. Fortunately, I asked that someone else take a look at the vehicle. When the service person in charge came out and I explained what was happening, he immediately said that the repair should be covered under warranty and took care of the problem. Experiences like this are concerning because they create uncertainty about whether customers are being given accurate information and whether everyone in the service department is on the same page. More importantly, they can cause customers to lose confidence in the dealership. I am a business owner myself, and I deal with customers every day. I understand that things can get busy and that occasionally there may be delays or misunderstandings. But good communication and consistent customer service can make a huge difference. I am not writing this simply to complain. I am sharing my experience because I would genuinely like to see your service department improve. You have good vehicles, and I believe you could retain and attract more customers if the service experience matched the quality of the Lexus brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider some additional training or counseling for the service management team. We are giving your dealership another opportunity, and I hope our next experience will be a better one. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. More

The dealership itself is an immaculately clean facility. The several staff members whom I have interacted with have all been kind and accommodating. Despite my few unusual requests for the technicians, I never had the feeling that I was asking too much of them. From the advisor to the lead mechanic, everyone in the chain made sure I left completely satisfied. More
