Once again, I brought my 2013 RX350 in for diagnosis of a problem I would have never anticipated. It was quickly determined that a relatively obscure part would have to be replaced. Not being in stock mean problem I would have never anticipated. It was quickly determined that a relatively obscure part would have to be replaced. Not being in stock meant ordering it from a distant warehouse. Two working days later, as promised, the new part was installed and the car returned to me looking like it was just off the showroom floor. Thanks to Service Advisor Kathy Register, the parts folks, the technicians, and not the least, the detailers that make the system work, all while I rest in comfort in the showroom. More
