AMAZING SERVICE! I have been looking for a specific car since August. I knew what I wanted, and I was not going to settle for anything else. I finally emailed First Hyundai in N Attleboro and told Katie what I wanted!! OMG she got me 2 cars at exactly what I wanted and plus much more! Went down the next day to test drive, I met up with James, he got my license and let me test drive both of them! He was amazing. The transaction went so smooth with not 1 ounce of pressure! I was sent to Josh who gave me all my papers to sign, he was just as awesome! Total time from arriving to leaving was about 2 hours! FIRST HYUNDAI YOU ARE AMAZING!! THANK YOU !! Tracy More

Starting with Katie who talked to me the day I inquired about the car I saw online. She was thoughtful and reassuring since I was nervous about not having optimal credit. Then when we arrived we met Mark. He patiently showed us model after model of Tucson until we found the one that was just right. Big thank you to the finance team as well. They were relentless in getting me a deal that would work for me. Great experience overall and I would not only recommend them, I plan on going back for future cars for my kids. Thanks sooo much! Dave knows his Hyundais and Katie is kick butt! I had been back and fourth with them for a while and didn’t find anything in my price range. I eventually found a car with all the bells and worked out the $$. Katie was fantastic to work with and VERY responsive. Dave was fun to work with and knew the Santa Fe inside and out! I went with them especially because getting the certified pre-owned kept the 100k warranty intact and they cover your oil changes, wipers, sticker, etc. for the time you own the car. It will be worth a bit of a drive for me to keep that up. Thanks guys! More

Mislead Very disappointed as I asked for an option to have a remote starter with an application for my wife’s cell phone. The manager told me he did not know Very disappointed as I asked for an option to have a remote starter with an application for my wife’s cell phone. The manager told me he did not know about such features but come to find out MY BLUE LINK IS WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR. Now the vehicle has electric problems. He told me to I had an option of adding a remote starter for $699 or he would discount $500 off the price of the vehicle. But never offered a blue link option. Now the lights flicker and the usb lighter ports don’t work (non of them ) I’ve called the manager Anthony coccio various times and emailed but can never get a returned call. My wife and I are very disappointed in this new vehicle purchase and with this dealership. Never will we buy here again or recommend anyone here More
