I purchased a certified Silverado from Mohawk a few months ago, which was nothing but problems. I’ve been trying to get someone at Mohawk to help correct the issue since the week after I bought the truck. It had been in and out of the shop countless times without any real change. I’d reach out to sales, service, management regularly and was getting nowhere. That is until Sales Manager Katie got on board. I spoke with Katie late last week, she organized things on her end, and now I’ll be picking up a new vehicle tomorrow. Most everyone I dealt with has been kind and professional, but Katie took the time to understand and correct the issue with the problem vehicle within days. I was on the fence about Mohawk but after Katie’s help, I’d recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering purchasing a new vehicle, go talk to Katie! More
