Normally I give this service center a high review. This time I can't. My car was picked up for service and once that was done, I got a call saying the work was completed and my car was ready to be r This time I can't. My car was picked up for service and once that was done, I got a call saying the work was completed and my car was ready to be returned. I had to wait 3 hours for that to happen! Just before it was finally returned, I call a call saying it was ready and I needed to make a payment. I explained that in the first call I would be paying by check and had the check ready to give to the driver. The second caller did not seem to be aware of this. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Once the car was returned, I politely asked why it took so long to get the car back. His response was "I have no idea. They just told me to bring the car back.". More
