I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival LX from this dealership and had a very positive experience initially. The sales team was responsive and even delivered the vehicle to my home about an hour away, which I app and had a very positive experience initially. The sales team was responsive and even delivered the vehicle to my home about an hour away, which I appreciated. However, the experience quickly became frustrating once it came time to finalize the paperwork. When the vehicle was delivered and I sat down to sign the documents, I discovered that multiple items were incorrect, including my name being spelled incorrectly throughout the paperwork. Because of this, the documents had to be corrected, overnighted to me, and sent back again, which unnecessarily delayed the process. I had also clearly requested that my existing license plates be transferred to the new vehicle, but this was not done until I followed up multiple times. It ultimately took several weeks to get this resolved. More recently, I’ve been dealing with issues with the vehicle’s doors and simply asked if their service department could take a look and help determine whether the issue would be covered under warranty. I was not asking them to take responsibility for the problem, only for assistance from their service team. Unfortunately, communication has since stopped and I have not received a response. The sales experience started off well, but the errors with the paperwork, the delays in handling the plate transfer, and the lack of follow-up when issues arose have been very disappointing.
