My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

The unproffessionalism of this office made our selling experience a complete nightmare. They had my car and clear title for nearly 2 weeks before issuing a payment to me and that was only after I called f experience a complete nightmare. They had my car and clear title for nearly 2 weeks before issuing a payment to me and that was only after I called for 2 days in a row to get it. The check is a hot mess. Our names are spelled wrong and it is $12 short. Katie treated me as if it was my fault that the check was not issued promptly. This is Unacceptable!! More

PLEASE BE AWARE: this dealership is in the practice of gaming online car searches with misleading prices they won’t honor. Twice I called and was quoted a different listing price, one employee even admitt gaming online car searches with misleading prices they won’t honor. Twice I called and was quoted a different listing price, one employee even admitted she read me a price higher than their own website. But the real game is played in telling you Edmunds/Truecar rate their price “great value” before admitting they add $2500+ in extra pre-tax fees—they're simply manipulating these third-party sites.
