I have been with the Winchester Mitsubishi family for almost 7 years. My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

I am 60 years of age i have been to many car dealers sm and lg I have never been treated so respectful the people to be so honest as the sales lady or the loan officer they where out standing they treated and lg I have never been treated so respectful the people to be so honest as the sales lady or the loan officer they where out standing they treated me no diffrent if i was putging 500 down or 5000 everything they said they would do they did I felt welcomed as soon as i was approched by my sales lady katie I have never experienced that kind of help and honesty from any other and i deffinetly will recommend my family and friends to this car dealer with out hesitation no question I feel bad im bad on names i can not remember the gentlemen that worked on my loan but i hope he gets his recognition I was crunched a little for time cause i live 77 miles away and i had to be home to meet my nephews school bus they said I did not have to worry that i would be katie told me that and i did not have to More
