I have been with the Winchester Mitsubishi family for almost 7 years. My goal here is to help guide you and give you all the information you need to make an educated decision before you come in to check out our selection! I am here to help with any questions or concerns that you may have along the vehicle buying/browsing journey! I will pair you with one of our dedicated Sales Specialist's who can help you get into a new ride with ease! My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

I'm so happy I found Winchester Mitsubishi! Within an hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Went in, and Kate was awesom hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Went in, and Kate was awesome! She made me feel at home and like I was talking to a friend. They listened to what I wanted in a car and navigated the obstacles I threw at them. Tiffany helped with getting my taxes filed and made sure she was able to get everything I was supposed to and had to sit through some pretty horrible hold music with a smile on her face. They also welcomed my little dog when I came directly from work, and he loved all ghe attention he got. I love my dog more than anything and seriously may have went somewhere else if he wasn't loved on. I give them all an 11 out of 10. More

As this was my very first time going into a dealership and buying a car, I was incredibly nervous. However, all the employees I met were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and before I knew it I was comp and buying a car, I was incredibly nervous. However, all the employees I met were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and before I knew it I was completely comfortable and confident that I would get what I needed with their help. Thanks to them I was able to leave that day with a brand new car when I thought the best I would get was an old used 2012 at best. Thank you Katie, and all of Winchester Mitsubishi! You're the best!
