I have been with the Winchester Mitsubishi family for almost 7 years. My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

What an amazing an awesome group of people that work for a car dealership, they felt more like family. Katie Johnson was such an amazing saleswoman! They didn’t quit, they kept striving to find us the perfe a car dealership, they felt more like family. Katie Johnson was such an amazing saleswoman! They didn’t quit, they kept striving to find us the perfect car with loan that would work for us an our credit. They were so terrific with our 2 year old granddaughter, Zyla. Not once did we question where they were, they would continually come check on us and make sure Zyla was ok. Katie has called us a couple times after her sale to make sure we were ok and make sure she could answer any questions. She makes it her duty to make a person feel like family and not just a sale. She could of just stop being a wonderful saleswomen after we had left that evening but Not Katie. I will be sure to send people their way, especially Katie’s. Were great during the buying process but not much on following up with a customer to see how things are going. Difficult at times to get calls or emails returned. Felt pressured and uncomfortable when buying my car. I don't have good credit and felt like I got taken advantage of. Now I have a 10,000$ car that is going to cost 29,000 in the end.
