My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

I came to Winchester Mitsubishi to see whether or not I could get approved for a car. With little to no expectations of me walking out with a car after a couple of hours it became more and more likely that could get approved for a car. With little to no expectations of me walking out with a car after a couple of hours it became more and more likely that I would be able to get a brand new car and I did!! Thanks to Katie and Matt I am loving my Mitsubishi!!!! More
