The service writer , Katie was very informative and patient with all of our questions. The repairs that needed to be done to our vehicle were pricey, but it helped our vehicle a great deal. The tech wh patient with all of our questions. The repairs that needed to be done to our vehicle were pricey, but it helped our vehicle a great deal. The tech who worked on it sent us videos showing what was needed and then what had been done. What a great job they did. Although there are a few recalls that do not have a fix yet, we will always bring our vehicles back to your dealership. Good job to you all and thank you for all your help in getting us back on the road!!! More

The service department did an excellent job and got my vehicle in an out of the shop quickly. My service writer is Katie March. She is terrific; communications, follow up and follow through. The dealership needs work; the showroom/waiting area is a little shabby. The benches in the drive through are very uncomfortable and the table by them was filthy. The music that may or may not be good sounds terrible through the PA system. The speakers and the room just don't work. I've worked in dealerships and the sound system is torture. More

Service advisor was good but info she had to work with was not. $650 for a battery. Really???? Other prices for filters and installs outrageous. I ended up with only an oil change and had to pay for part was not. $650 for a battery. Really???? Other prices for filters and installs outrageous. I ended up with only an oil change and had to pay for part of analysis to tell me I needed a battery. I went somewhere else to buy battery for less than one third to price. I thought they were bringing my truck around but after 30 minutes I found it sitting out in parking lot so I went in and asked them and they said they were going to tell service tech to finish it up. I said cancel tire rotation and bring it to me as they had it for four hours already. too much confusion and too too high prices for me. More
