Tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt. 7/10 - I inquire about a Used truck, proceed to going to the store to view the truck. I get there I tell them I would like to test drive it and go 7/10 - I inquire about a Used truck, proceed to going to the store to view the truck. I get there I tell them I would like to test drive it and go from there with my decision. They attempt to upsell me on a brand new Chevy 24, $15,000 more than the truck I told them I wanted to view. After 30 min we go to the pre own section, then all of the sudden nobody knows where the truck is and it’s out on loaner. Pre owned manager says he could have it back early Friday AM at the earliest, so obviously very frustrated we just waited 45 min of time for nothing- Then they continue to appraise my vehicle and low ball the xxxx out of my trade. (after I already received an email to come to the store because they would like to give me more than what was quoted online) Nice bait and switch. I call back Friday and they say it will be in today, nobody calls me back or returns my calls multiple times. Finally someone calls back and says it will be in on Saturday around 3-4pm. I received an email on Saturday at 4:40PM stating that the truck is there. I call just to double check and the sales guy says that’s not true and doesn’t know why anyone would say that. Oh btw. When I went to view the truck on 7/10 it was $41,000 and miraculously with myself calling a few times to inquire the price was jacked by $5,000!!!!!! I signed up for price watch on the vehicle through their website and it had been dropping in the recent weeks. Will post photos below. Overall one of the poorest experiences I have ever had in my life at a dealership. Just wanted to potentially buy a truck from this dealership. Ended up buying this truck and it has been nothing but xxxx ever since. More
