After about 9500 miles my rear tires are down to 8/32 and my front tires are down to 4/32. During an inspection, the dealership noted the depth of the threat in the report but did not bring this to our atten my front tires are down to 4/32. During an inspection, the dealership noted the depth of the threat in the report but did not bring this to our attention as an issue. When I addressed the issue over the phone, they tried for several minutes to blame it on the nature of an electric vehicle before they accepted to check alignment and suspension. After another inspection, they again tried to blame it on the nature of the electric vehicle and the matter of fact that I did the tire rotation 2000 miles too late. At the end, they forgot to inform my wife in the waiting room for additional 90 minutes after the inspection was done. I rated two stars instead of one because they committed to follow up with a GM field engineer. More
