Hi, I’m Kayla Wicker Internet Sales Manager here at Germain Honda of Dublin. Joining the Germain team in 2017 I brought with me almost a decade of customer service experience as well as previous work on an internet automotive sales team. Born and raised in Columbus I enjoy the small city experience. We have all the perks of New York and Chicago along with close-knit friendliness to go with it. I’m a graduate of Fairfield Christian Academy and Columbia College Chicago for photography and marketing. When I’m looking for something to keep me busy I enjoy reading, writing and binge-watching TV shows. My favorite vacation spot is Los Angeles, I enjoy how relaxing and laid back it is and of course the perfect weather. It’s not Ohio. My favorite Honda is the Civic Hatchback. I look forward to assisting you in finding your next car and making sure it’s a perfect fit.

I initially communicated to Kayla regarding the vehicle I was looking to purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Curtiss Brookins to purchase my 2015 Honda Odessey. From completing research on the vehicles I knew what I was looking for before coming to the dealership. Curtiss was friendly, helpful and understanding. I did not feel pressured to make my decision and the team looked for my best options. They explained everything with great detail so I knew what I was doing. The financing piece was pain-free and one of the easiest in all my times buying a car. Very pleased! Great Experience!

I felt the need to follow up. I was happy with the initial purchase of my van, however have been highly disappointed since then. The van is a 2015 with low miles. There was some damage to the vehicle that was to be fixed after my purchase. It has been in the shop 5 times for repairs and each time it has come back not complete, or with additional marks in the paint. My sales man is no longer there. Recently, I have had a problem with the door not closing and now the total cost to repair is significant. I understand as I was told when I went to talk to the sales team "after watching at least 6 people sit and not attempt to help, that it is a used car and things happen.....I have bought several "used" cars that are a few years old and have NEVER had problems with them. I felt like the sales person (I believe a manager) did not want to be bothered with a problem and told me that it would basically cost me out of pocket to fix whatever was wrong. Although I was pleased with my van selection, I have been very unhappy with the service after the sale from the sales department.

From the first person, Kayla Wicker, who emailed me back when I inquired about a car, and also called to see if I have any other questions. She put me in contact with Kevin Larivee, who was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. The last person I was in contact with was Michelle Meyer who walked me through signing all the paperwork. She was also very professional and nice.
