I was told the car will have complimentary vacuum and wash. None of that was done after the service. The car was very dirty with grime on the wheel that was not there before. Also the driving door nub ca wash. None of that was done after the service. The car was very dirty with grime on the wheel that was not there before. Also the driving door nub cap was off. I thought it was lost. Found it inside the door inside the car. Next time finish everything before calling the costumer to come pick up the car please. More

I have a kia sportage with 30,000 miles on it. Also bought the extended warranty. I had an issue with the Air conditioner blowing hot air. Brought it to be serviced after waiting two weeks for a loaner car which I still didn't get. They told me Kia wouldn't warranty it because quote there looked to be outside interference. I asked what does that mean? They said the alternator looked to be replaced and the AC line was hitting it. Now don't you think for one it should've never had a alternator problem and two if it did it would've been replaced by Kia. Under warranty....basically I got charged $200 for a car wash. Bunch of idiots over there.......never going there again. And never buying a Kia again..... More
