They have two service centers! I went to the west service center. Not sure which one I was supposed to go to but very boring waiting area with only a few chairs around a center tabl I went to the west service center. Very lackluster but the service was very fast! I was actually an hour early and it was done close to my appointment time. Last time I went to the very nice flashy side with big screen TVs and nice chairs it took much longer! More

When I initially called in, Kaylin checked to make sure that someone wo I had a tire I needed to see if I could repair along with general maintenance. When I initially called in, Kaylin checked to make sure that someone would be available for the repair and then checked that my tires were in stock if I just needed to purchase a new one. She was very kind and professional. Ultimately, the damage was too close to the sidewall so it couldn’t be repaired. They replaced my tire, and did my general maintenance all while I was at work. The process was smooth and painless and Sean Gavin was incredible to work with. More
