Terrific in store service. Very helpful and cordial service advisor. We like to video from the service technician. We do get coupons from Solomon Ford (we have two Edges) Very helpful and cordial service advisor. We like to video from the service technician. We do get coupons from Solomon Ford (we have two Edges) The cost for the works there was $89 with no miscellaneous fees abd $20 off Woukd be nice to get better pricing and coupons We are ok’d and do not like talking to a machine to get an appointment. We continue to accept this change, but would appreciate a live person. Thank you PS. Understand that Mark is no longer at KR Ford. Hope he is ok More

Keegan went above and beyond the call of duty to service my car. while the problem was in my imagination he listened to my concern after the car was serviced. The best part was that he did not charge me for my car. while the problem was in my imagination he listened to my concern after the car was serviced. The best part was that he did not charge me for the diagnostic time. Thanks PS: when my car was bought up from service there was an odor of cigarette smoke in the car. I'm sure that the attendant had not smoked in the car but that the odor that remained on his clothes stayed in the car. More

As to my service I was NOT satisfied. 1. I told YOU what the problem was (The Door Actuator - right front) and was still charged the diagnostic fee of $222.00 dollars. 2. Kenny Ross di 1. Kenny Ross did not honor my warranty in full. you was going to charge me the difference over what the warranty paid. Why have a warranty when Kenny Ross don't honor it. 3. My warranty was $100 dollar deductible and you said it would be closer to $400.00. 4. The door actuator cost ME $17.14 and I had it installed myself. 5. That is why I have my inspections, tire rotation and oil changes done elsewhere. 6. I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years. 7. I paid the Diagnostic fee and I will probably never return to Kenny Ross ford for any of my work. I always have a problem with the charges More
