I had an oil change and the valet service which were both done without concern. I was under an impression that the car was going to have a complimentary cleaning inside and out. It doesn't appear either was done without concern. I was under an impression that the car was going to have a complimentary cleaning inside and out. It doesn't appear either was done, so I was a bit disappointed. When I use to take my Subaru and Lincoln in for service at their respective dealerships this was done free of charge. More

A very exasperating experience When you take your car in for service and get it back, making a knocking noise that wasn't there before, and then wait a week for them to tell you it' When you take your car in for service and get it back, making a knocking noise that wasn't there before, and then wait a week for them to tell you it's the alternator, then tell you that the noise was coming from the Belt Tensioner the following week is unacceptable. Then, two weeks after the car went in to the shop, go to pick it up, only to find out now that the A/C has stopped working leads one to wonder about the level of service or the lack thereof. Add to all of it the complete lack of communication from the service department on what is going on is totally unacceptable. Thankfully, we had purchased the extended warranty at the time we purchased it new or the repairs will likely end up being more than the car is worth by the time they get through with it. At least they did provide a rental so we wouldn't be left without transportation. More
