Great service, interaction with staff...Looooooooong wait I got a pinch flat tire the other day, and I took advantage of the warranty plan and Roadside Assistance (RA) with my new 2020 Veloster Turbo. RA took I got a pinch flat tire the other day, and I took advantage of the warranty plan and Roadside Assistance (RA) with my new 2020 Veloster Turbo. RA took about 20 minutes to get to me and another 14 minutes to change the simple flat... Superfast! Happy with that... while I was waiting for RA to come I made the appointment at the service dealer for 1:30pm... one hour from the current time... Perfect! I told them there was a simple flat with no rim damage. (HYCS40371) My invoice has a timestamp of 04:09pm on the bottom... I would have left, gone shopping, or had someone get me for a few hours. I did not find out until around 3pm that the tire was not in stock and one was coming. Which is fine but it would nice to know... other than waiting around, Kegan and Harold were very professional. If there would have been less time in the waiting room I would have given 5 stars.. thanks for the snacks and comfortable area. More

Poorly I went there just to get a oil change they told me just wait in the car someone will get you I was waiting in my car almost 35 minutes so somebody wil I went there just to get a oil change they told me just wait in the car someone will get you I was waiting in my car almost 35 minutes so somebody will come get me and they told me your wait time will be an hour and a half just to get a oil change it was ridiculous that will be the last time I will go there nothing personal but an hour and a half for a oil change it’s ridiculous More

Room for improvement Poor communication on repair estimate and had to chase down service representative to get answers. Apparently no one can give an update but them and was finally given the sales rep direct number after several attempts at calling and being placed on hold. Car was dirty on pickup, given voucher for full detail but have bring car back and leave it again. Incorrect pricing given, ended up being less due to an error but made me question the accuracy of the rest of the estimate. It was a big repair and I spent a lot of money and expected better service than what I received. The actual repairs seem to be working just fine. More
