Been using Brandon Hyundai for a little over a year since my local dealership that I bought my 2018 Sonata Sport from (Wesley Chapel Hyundai) has gone totally down hill and it takes over a month just to schedule an oil change. I have been very happy with Brandon Hyundai for all the services that I have recieved included some warranty work they have done on my vehicle. I have always had dealership service my car for every need. But, on my most recent scheduled visit for an oil change on 3/20/23, I was told that oil changes have gone up on price. From the usual $39.95 to now $80.00. I was shocked and was told by the service advisor that everything is going up in price. So I will be looking for better pricing for future oil changes elsewhere. On top of this, when my car was done and I had to pay, I did not receive a multipoint inspection sheet with my paperwork. When I asked if they stopped doing multipoint inspections the service advisor said that I will be getting it electronically. Well, 3 days have past and I never received my multipoint inspection. Cost of services have gone up but quality of services are going down. Not happy.
