The service center took over 3 hours for an oil change. I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours. When I asked how long it will take as it was now 5pm I was told it would be another 20 mi I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours. When I asked how long it will take as it was now 5pm I was told it would be another 20 minute wait. The entire staff is unprofessional and I will not be going back to that location. More
