Keirsten was very helpful and ensured that the problem with my vehicle for addressed properly after checking if it was covered under warranty since I had just got the same problem fixed and new OEM Honda with my vehicle for addressed properly after checking if it was covered under warranty since I had just got the same problem fixed and new OEM Honda parts installed in Aug 2025 . So kudos to her and the rest of the service team for getting my problem fixed properly . However I am concerned about the quality of the supposedly genuine OEM Honda parts , but that’s not on the dealership but an issue with Honda and their suppliers . More
