We were shown a list of several items that we were told were "INCLUDED WITH THE CAR". There was no price shown for these items indicating they was no addition charge. After signing and reviewing, we found were "INCLUDED WITH THE CAR". There was no price shown for these items indicating they was no addition charge. After signing and reviewing, we found there was an additional dealer charge of $2231.05 for these items. This constitutes dishonesty and fraud on the part of the Keisha and the dealership. More

Mark was the initial contact over the phone but he was out when we came in. He followed up after the purchase and was very kind and caring.
