He was very cool, calm and collected throughout the entire process and never tried to push anything on me or rush me to make a decision. He found my beautiful new Cadillac XT6 and spent time going over the whole car with me even though the dealership was about to close for the night. My experience was nothing but extremely satisfying. My salesman Keith Bobrick, was extremely helpful even though he had already sold me the car and had nothing invested directly and helping me at the mome salesman Keith Bobrick, was extremely helpful even though he had already sold me the car and had nothing invested directly and helping me at the moment and watch my car broke down. Even still he took my phone call and set me up with the proper personnel and communication to get myself not only towed but also a loaner car. Upon my arrival at the dealership a woman named Christine Rudden offered to stay late until I had gotten there to make sure I was set up with a loaner vehicle so as to avoid me being without a car until the repairs were completed. Several days later I was contacted by a gentleman named Danny Giannini from the service department. He too was immensely helpful throughout the entire process. All three of these Paul Conte Cadillac employees should be recognized for doing an outstanding job.
