When I came by the next day to put money down on the car, Keith Boeding, salesman, then would not take 'No' when I told him I didn't want dealer financing. He pressured me into just going to the website and called to remind me twice that He hadn't gotten my application. He told me they ALWAYS have issues financing through my bank. Then, when I explained again we were using my bank, he 'lost' our buyers agreement and title/license for a day in his email. Then my bank put the application on hold because of the errors on the paperwork he sent them such as my name and address. So, it is 5 days later and I still don't have a car. I'm pretty sure it isn't my bank that causes this. More

I loathe going to car dealers because it's always a long drawn out hassle-takes all day! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. We will be back. The financial aspect makes me want to throw up and usually takes a long time as well. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't draw things out either. He didn't speed through so quickly we didn't know what was going on, but quick enough to get everything explained. Thanks guys!! More

There were some hard water spots on the car and instead of just ignoring it, he was very understanding and took my car to the detailing shop to get it taken care of.
