Keith B was wonderful I can really only speak about Keith Boerding, but he was great. I found a car online that I liked, emailed, and got an immediate response. I saw it that day and since my downpayment money was coming from an insurance company from a car accident I had been in, they ran everything they needed to to get us financed and held the car for about 4 days until I received that money. We went in and that was it. Our shiny, pretty car was waiting for us. We signed more papers than I can remember but that was with the finance office. We got back to Keith, he synced my phone for me (I've never used that feature in a car before - very cool), and we were on our way. He's personable without being cheesy - he's a genuinely nice man who knows what he's doing. If all their salespeople are like Keith, its a good place to buy a car. More

Upon confirming that the vehicle was available, she set up an appointment for a test drive and meeting with Product Specialist Keith Boerding. The vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived and Keith was very accommodating in addressing all our questions and working through the paper work. I typically dread going through the purchasing process for a new vehicle, however, it was completed fairly quickly and to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our Ford Explorer and our experience at Sunset Ford. More

I told him what I was looking for and he went to work. He kept me in the loop as vehicles became available and if I didn't quite like it he would keep looking. He didn't put pressure on me to buy one that wasn't just perfect. He got me the perfect 2016 Ford Expedition. I mean there is nothing more I could have wanted. It's just PERFECT!
